The 21st Century Icon Awards were co-founded by Tarun Ghulati and Preeti Rana in 2017 as a not-for-profit initiative. The Awards have been acclaimed internationally as they are a unique global platform to celebrate success of the next generation.
The Awards are recognised as the ultimate platform for the next generation to realise their passion for growth. They highlight the endeavours and achievements of the Next Generation developing sustainable and transformative solutions to impact their future.
Hundreds of nominations are received each year and a Nomination Panel decides the finalists. The Panel of Judges are all eminent global leaders. They carry out the unenviable task of deciding the winners. They strongly believe this is a way of giving back by inspiring and supporting the next generation of leaders.
Each year, the 21st Century Icon Awards Gala Dinner, London’s premier black tie event is attended by around 300 successful entrepreneurs, celebrities, politicians, royalty, film stars, sports personalities and thought leaders.

This year again on Friday 19th May 2023 winners will be unveiled in a glittering evening of fun and excitement. Finalists will attend the 21st Century Gala Dinner from Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, North America, Latin America and the UK hoping to win a coveted 21st Century Icon Awards trophy. The venue is a fabulous 5-star delux hotel in Mayfair, London. The world eagerly awaits to find out the winners.
